My name is Michelle. I was born here in Cornwall. I have lived here the majority of my life. so , as you can imagine , I am a very proud Cornish Maid.
I was a Registered Dental Nurse for 17 years ,  I absolutely adored my roles in private, independent and NHS practices. I have always had a creative side which I wanted to explore further. So here I am doing what I truly adore, making Sterling Silver Jewellery . I welcome commissions and have made some truly beautiful sentimental pieces ranging from hand-stamped wedding bands, engagement bands , hand-stamped name rings , as well as all of the other beautiful pieces ranging from stacking bracelets, anklets, earrings  the list goes on. How we manage your data online :

When you place an order online, via our website, we receive correspondence of your order.​

​

We then create your requested jewellery pieces, ensure that they are up to the highest of standards and carefully package up each item. 

​

Once your order has been dispatched from us we do not save any of your payment details.

​

We do not have any copies of your personal data as hard files or on our computers.

​

We will have your email address if you have subscribed to our mailing list,  for updates and offers on our website, this is only done with your permission and is easy to opt out of, should you change your mind.

We will never sell, share or retain any of your personal details, without your authorisation . 

We understand how important confidentiality is.

Children’s jewellery safety guidelines:

​

 We would ask that you follow our safety guidelines.

• Beads, earrings and any jewellery with small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and may present a choking hazard.

• We do not recommend that jewellery be given to any child under 36 months.

• Jewellery is not a toy and should not be worn for play and extended periods of wear, over 24 hours or whilst sleeping.

• Our children’s earrings are not suitable for initial piercing or the healing period.

• Earrings should be cleaned frequently to help prevent infection. Simply clean them with warm water and mild soap before rinsing thoroughly with warm water and drying with a clean soft cloth.

• When fitting earrings, please be careful when pushing the butterfly backs onto the stems. Earrings that are worn too tight may become embedded in the earlobe.

• Do not allow children to put jewellery in their mouth.

• To ensure it doesn’t become too tight, your child’s jewellery will need to be replaced as they grow. Please don’t allow them wear an item which is too small for them.

Returns Policy

As each individual item is hand made to order, therefore we do not offer any kind of refund. 

Please, do ensure that you read the description of each item before purchasing .

​

Always ensure the correct estimated wrist/ring/anklet/bracelet  size is selected .

​

Personalised items - Always ensure the correct date or spelling of an item is correct before placing an order as mistakes cannot be rectified if i have already started to create.

​

Hand stamped items - Hand stamping each item involves striking the silver using steel stamps with a hammer by hand .

​

Therefore , at times letters or numbers may not be perfectly aligned , the depth may appear slightly different but this does all add to it be one of a kind. I do try my best to align . on occasions, there may be a very slight impression on the other side , due to the force , thickness and strike .

No two pieces are ever the same , whish is what makes it truly special .

​

​If you have ordered the wrong size of an item , please do get in touch asap . I maybe able to offer a remake as a gesture of goodwill at no charge. Postage will need to be charged to the customer 

Shipping

When you place an order, an estimated shipping and delivery date is provided for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

General in stock items will be processed within 5-10 days

​

During busier periods , please allow up to 14 working days for completion 

​

Items that are hand stamped or especially made to order items can take up to 16 working days .

​

Please, keep that in mind. If you require an item sooner, please ensure that you contact us via email and we will do our best to get the requested item out to you sooner.

We used Royal Mail tracked 48 service , as this can be tracked and if lost in transit , compensated for. This service is £2.70
